Reestablish the original condition of a horn move it to the optimal level. Rafael Mendez said theres will be less performance problems if  the instrumentalist keep the instrument in optimal condition. I do chem cleaning here in Puerto Rico and all my customers express that the clean improve performance and projection and beauty of the instrument.
